Currently serving as a Head Coach of Team Ontario White<\/strong> and a former Assistant Coach at York University with the Women’s Varsity team<\/strong>\u00a0for four seasons, Anson brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and technical expertise to every team he coaches.<\/p>\n With 10 years of coaching experience at the OVA club level<\/strong>, Anson has built a strong reputation for his athlete-centered approach, focusing on skill development, strategic thinking, and personal growth. His teams are known for their discipline, high volleyball IQ, and relentless competitiveness.<\/p>\n Anson\u2019s coaching philosophy is rooted in building complete athletes\u2014on and off the court. He prioritizes strong fundamentals, fosters leadership in his players, and creates a team culture grounded in respect, accountability, and hard work. Under his guidance, numerous athletes have advanced to provincial teams, university programs, and achieved success both in sport and in life.<\/p>\n Coach Aya is a veteran coach with a deep passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes. With 25 years of high school coaching experience<\/strong>, Aya has guided countless players through their athletic and personal journeys, fostering a love for the game and a drive to succeed.<\/p>\n Aya also brings high-performance experience as a Team Ontario Regional Program Coach<\/strong>, where she works with some of the province\u2019s most promising young talent. Her coaching emphasizes fundamentals, smart decision-making, and building confident, adaptable athletes.<\/p>\n With 10 years of OVA club coaching<\/strong> under her belt, Aya is known for her calm leadership, attention to detail, and ability to connect with players of all levels. She is a strong believer in team culture, effort, and the long-term development of every athlete she coaches.<\/p>\n As a former high-level athlete, Coach Izzy understands firsthand the commitment, skill, and mindset it takes to compete\u2014and she brings that same energy and insight to every training session.<\/p>\n Izzy currently coaches with the Team Ontario Regional Program<\/strong>, where she works with emerging athletes from across the province, focusing on technical excellence, game IQ, and athlete development.<\/p>\n For the past four years with Storm Ice<\/strong>, Coach Izzy has been a key part of the club\u2019s success, helping shape a strong team culture and preparing athletes to compete at their highest level.
